How Our Rentals Work
We offer a limited selection of handmade statement garments available for short-term rental. Each piece is carefully crafted and maintained to ensure quality, beauty, and wearability for every client.
By placing a rental order, you agree to all terms listed on this page.
Rental Period

Rentals are offered for a 2-6 day rental period, unless otherwise stated

The rental period begins on the delivery date and ends on the return ship-by date

Items must be shipped back on or before the final rental day
Late returns will result in a $25 per day late fee, deducted from the security deposit.
Rental Pricing

Rental fees cover temporary use of the garment and standard post-rental cleaning

Rental fees are non-refundable once the item has shipped
Refundable Security Deposit
All rentals require a refundable security deposit, charged separately from the rental fee.
The security deposit exists to protect against:

Stains
-
Damage
-
Alterations
-
Excessive wear
-
Missing pieces

Smoke, perfume, or oil damage

Late returns
How the Security Deposit Works:

The deposit is refunded after the garment is returned and inspected

Inspection typically occurs within 3–5 business days of return

If the garment is returned in acceptable condition, the deposit will be refunded in full
Damage, Stains & Deposit Deductions
Normal, minimal wear is expected. However, any damage or staining caused by the renter may result in a partial or full deduction from the security deposit.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Makeup, deodorant, sweat, food, or drink stains

Rips, tears, popped seams, or broken closures

Alterations of any kind (hemming, pinning, cutting, sewing)

Attempted cleaning or washing by the renter
-
Strong odors (smoke, perfume, body oils)
If damage is severe and the garment is deemed unwearable, additional charges may apply to cover repair or replacement costs.
All determinations are made at the discretion of the shop owner.
Care & Handling Requirements
To preserve the integrity of each garment:

Do not wash, dry clean, steam, iron, or alter the garment

Avoid wearing with heavy perfumes, oils, or body products

Do not pin, tape, or modify the garment in any way
Professional cleaning is handled by us after the rental.
Fit Responsibility
Renters are responsible for ensuring proper fit prior to booking.
We do not offer refunds due to fit issues.Please review measurements carefully or reach out with questions before placing your order.
Shipping & Returns

Rental items must be returned using the provided return method (or as instructed)

Failure to return the garment may result in full forfeiture of the security deposit
