Refundable Security Deposit Policy & Rental Agreement

This listing is for a REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT required for all rental items purchased from [Your Brand Name].

This is a digital policy document outlining the terms and conditions associated with renting an item.
By purchasing this product, you acknowledge and agree to all terms described below and in the full Security Deposit Guide.

💰 Deposit Amount

A $200 refundable security deposit is required per rental item unless otherwise stated.
This deposit is separate from the rental fee and does not apply toward the rental cost.
Orders placed without the required deposit will not be fulfilled.

📦 What the Deposit Covers

The security deposit may be used to cover:
Damage, stains, or excessive wear
Missing pieces or accessories
Late returns
Failure to return the rental item
Normal wear is expected and does not automatically result in deductions.

⏳ Rental Period & Returns

The rental period begins on the delivery date.
Items must be returned by the stated deadline.
Late returns may result in deductions from the security deposit.

🔒 Non-Return & Authorization Notice

If a rental item is not returned within the required time frame, the customer authorizes DollsnDiamonds to retain the full security deposit.

If the item is not returned within 7 days after the final due date, the rental will be considered a non-return.
The security deposit will be applied toward the retail value of the item, and the customer agrees to pay any remaining balance if the deposit does not cover the full retail price.

Failure to return the item or remit the remaining balance may result in further action as permitted by law.

🔁 Refund Timeline

Deposits are reviewed once the rental item is returned and inspected.
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days if return conditions are met.
Partial or full deductions may apply if policy violations occur.
